PaulsonPieces return policy 2025

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days unless stated below. If you choose to exchange your product for a different one, you may do so, but you must cover return shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Items must be in their original form (NOT used or altered). Used items are not returnable. Test the piece before smoking out of it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items show any signs of wear use, or alterations. We are not allowed to take back used products, please inspect & water test your product before use! If you believe an item is defective please email paulsonpieces@gmail.com before sending the item back. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the order has not shipped and you'd like to cancel it, we can only issue STORE CREDIT.

CUSTOMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT IF YOU CANCEL THE ORDER.
